We offer free shipping by Ups next day tracked service, for all orders received before 3pm weekdays

International shipping

We have negotiated rates with UPS for all European countries, the United States and across the world. (duties and taxes will be payable)

Returns

our aim is for you to be fully happy with our products, but understand from time to time, returns may be necessary

  • we offer a refund on items returned within 28 days of purchase, excluding any shipping fees

  • products must be kept in an unworn condition, in original packaging, with tags

  • please complete our returns / exchange form, in order us to process your refund and so we may send our shipping labels

  • please allow at least 14 working days from the date of receipt of your return for us to process and issue your refund

  • refund may take up to 5 working days to clear you account once a refund has been made

Exchanges / faulty goods

please complete our returns / exchange from, giving details and if possible pictures showing any defects. Our customer service team will be in touch as soon as possible.
